Our business office is in the folksy downtown area of Amherst at 153 Park Avenue, right next door to the Barber shop! It is called the Eagle Wing Gallery We have our production areas in three locations currently, one in Amherst, one in Lorain and one in Sheffield Township. We have a new location where we are now consolidating most of our operations. It will take us until the end of August to complete the entire move. You are welcome to visit our business office where we have a small gallery showroom. Many of our patterns are displayed there, including new prototypes not yet released. You can choose your new knife from our available inventory if you can get Pappy to open the safe!!
Once we have completed the consolidation, we will take visitors by appointment-only in our production/assembly location. The Amherst Cutlery knives are made here in our current three scattered locations. Once we complete the move, our knives and other products will be made in Amherst, at the new place on Middle Ridge Road. We will maintain the business office on Park even after the consolidation
